The Tianxingguan Tomb Cluster is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The Tianxingguan Tomb Cluster is situated in Tianxingguan Village, northeast of Guanyindang Town, Shashi District, Jingzhou City. The cluster extends along the southern bank of Lake Chang, covering an area of roughly 4.7 km from east to west and 3.5 km from north to south. Its protected zone includes six tomb sites—Tianxingguan, Huangjiawan (Eastern Han), Yangjiatai, Yujiawan, Erlonggang, Zhangwan—and two settlement sites: Chenjiazui (Western Zhou) and Hengtangfen (Eastern Zhou). In 1978 and 2000, excavations were carried out on Tomb No. 1 and Tomb No. 2 of Tianxingguan, yielding a wealth of archaeological data. Tianxingguan was the burial ground of the Fan clan, a noble family of the Chu State, making it an invaluable historical resource for studying the enfeoffment system and funeral customs of the Chu. The five other tombs surrounding Tianxingguan belonged to mid-Warring States period lower-ranking officials, and the cultural artifacts found therein share certain connections with those of Tianxingguan Tombs No. 1 and 2. Together, these tombs form the cultural ensemble of the ancient Tianxingguan Tomb Cluster, providing crucial material evidence for understanding the socio-political and economic conditions of the time.

In 2006, it was designated as part of the sixth group of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units by the State Council and incorporated into the Chu Ji'nan Ancient City site.
