In order to implement the work principles of "service, guidance, and regulation," promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's mountain and outdoor sports, and enhance extensive and in-depth exchanges among national mountaineering and outdoor sports clubs, the Chinese Mountaineering Association has scheduled the 12th National Mountaineering and Outdoor Sports Clubs Annual Conference to be held from December 11 to 13, 2013. (10) Closing ceremony of the 2013 National Mass Mountaineering and Fitness Conference.
(11) Hiking activity for attending delegates.
VII. Participants:
Official delegates: Members of the 4th Outdoor Sports Professional Committee of the Chinese Mountaineering Association, representatives of outdoor clubs officially registered and rated by the Chinese Mountaineering Association, representatives of provincial-level and lower mountaineering and outdoor sports associations, and representatives from relevant university disciplines.
Other delegates: Representatives of related outdoor industry institutions not included in the above categories, and outdoor sports enthusiasts.
VIII. Other Matters:
(1) The conference fee is 1,000 RMB per person, to be paid upon check-in. It includes four days of accommodation and meals at a five-star hotel, conference documents, materials, attraction tickets, etc. during the conference period. All other expenses are at your own expense.
