On the Lantern Festival, as the clouds cleared and the weather turned sunny, over 100 employees of the Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, along with their family members, gathered at Yuelu Mountain to participate in the "Celebrate the Lantern Festival, Love Nature" hiking event. The participants included couples hiking together, parents with their children, young men waiting eagerly at the entrance for their dates, and even some who wrote down their thoughts after the hike: “Amid the vastness of nature, I suddenly realized that life’s trivial worries aren’t worth fretting over. We should seize the present and embrace all the beauty around us with a positive mindset!” All participants felt that the hiking event not only improved their physical health and encouraged camaraderie among colleagues, but also strengthened family bonds. Many agreed to spend more time in nature, embrace it, and enjoy its gifts in the future.
