Wuhu Mountain Scenic Resort is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Wuhu Mountain is located in the eastern part of Qianxi County, Hebei Province, 18 kilometers from the county seat. Originally a royal hunting ground used by Emperor Kangxi for winter hunts, it is now a mountainous leisure resort that combines relaxation, forest exploration, and outdoor team-building activities.

Wuhu Mountain, originally named Jiushan (Nine Mountains), once had nine peaks lined up along the northern bank of the Luanhe River, with nine springs flowing from top to bottom like nine silver dragons converging into the river. Historical records state that Emperor Kangxi hunted at Wuhu Mountain 14 times. In the 30th year of Kangxi’s reign, the emperor visited the mountain and hunted five tigers, after which he decreed that Jiushan be renamed Wuhu Mountain (Five Tigers Mountain).

Wuhu Mountain stands at an elevation of 375 meters. Its main peak is prominent, the slopes are relatively steep, and the area is covered with lush vegetation. The ecological environment is excellent, with rich flora and fauna resources, and large areas of pristine secondary forests remain intact.
