Luan Nan County Pingju Opera Museum

Luan Nan is the birthplace of Pingju opera, and its founder, Cheng Zhaocai, was a native of Luan Nan. The Pingju Opera Museum houses three main exhibition halls, three auxiliary exhibition routes, and related facilities including the “Cheng Zhaocai Grand Theater,” “Fans’ Stage,” “Audio-Visual Room,” and “Inscription Room.” The exhibitions present and describe the evolution of Pingju opera using historical photographs, explanatory texts, Pingju relics, and related historical artifacts, clearly illustrating the art history of its heritage and innovation.
