Located at the eastern end of the northern bank of the Beihe River, it primarily functions as a sports park. A “Women’s Volleyball Championship” sculpture stands in the center of the square, commemorating China’s former women’s volleyball team captain Cao Huiying, a native of Luannan County, and her teammates winning their first world championship. To the south of the square lies an open-air natural underground spring bath area, highlighting the unique features of the Beihe River Water City. The square is equipped with facilities such as a children’s playground, volleyball court, badminton court, basketball court, and gateball court, making it a leisure and fitness destination suitable for people of all ages.
