"Three Gates," composed of three abstract gates ranging in height from 12 to 16 meters, are constructed with steel frames coated in white fluorocarbon paint, symbolizing Yang Sansao’s fearless challenge against authority as she fought to vindicate her sister through three trials; "Three Large Bowls," standing 2.3 meters tall with a rim diameter of 7.16 meters, are made of stainless steel material, with their surfaces coated in white fluorocarbon paint, symbolizing the principle of "leveling three bowls of water" — transparency, fairness, and justice, as well as representing governance based on science, democracy, and law; "The Rhyme of the Sea," a sculpture 16.8 meters in height made of stainless steel, features 17 seagulls soaring atop blue waves, representing the people of 17 towns (sub-districts) in Luannan as they ride the tides of the Bohai Sea to build a harmonious home together.
