Sixteen totem poles stand on both sides of the main axis road in Huimin Square. Each pole is 12 meters tall and 1.28 meters in diameter, commemorating typical events and figures from different historical periods of Luannan, forever a source of pride for the people of Luannan. The totem poles are respectively titled: Yi Qi Relinquishing the Throne, The Legend of Cao Fei, The Founding of Mashi County, The Initial Construction of ?? City, The Drama Sage Zhao Cai, Third Sister Seeking Justice, Master Wen Ran, The Film King Sheng Wu, A Famous Town in Eastern Hebei, The Land of Three Grains, A Northern Major Port, The Spark of Xue Village, The Anti-Japanese —, Hui Ying Winning the Championship, Traveling North from Huabei, The New Look of the Water City.
