Hongshang Cultural Industry Park
Constructed by Tangshan Huayu Real Estate Co., Ltd., the project covers an area of 60 mu, with a construction area of 44,000 square meters and a total investment of 250 million yuan. It is divided into three major zones: the Hongshang Cultural Courtyard Collection Area, the Cultural Courtyard Exhibition Area, and the Cultural Courtyard Creation Area. The project aims to use culture as a medium to absorb the essence of cultures from ancient and modern times, both in China and abroad, forming a “Canal Culture Settlement” that integrates an art industry cluster, a cultural and creative base, a fashionable living community, and art residences.
