Jiulongquan Scenic Area is a National AA-level Tourist Attraction.

Jiulongquan Scenic Area is located in Xulukou Village, Yanggezhuang Town, Qian'an City. Developed since 2003, it covers an area of 800 hectares. In July 2009, it was rated as a National AA-level Tourist Attraction.

The scenic area borders the Great Wall to the north and includes attractions such as a forest park, ancient locust trees, a fishing pond, a hot spring reservoir, and a demonstration site for science and technology-led new rural construction, offering beautiful scenery and a pleasant climate. With its vast water area, flat terrain, and open views, Jiulongquan boasts the best hot spring resources in the city. Since 2003, the cadres and residents of Xulukou Village have embraced the slogan “Build a Beautiful Homeland with Our Own Hands,” creating the “Xulukou Model” that combines ecological village development with the tourism industry. Especially noteworthy is the hardworking and self-reliant “Xulukou Spirit” demonstrated during construction, which has attracted numerous government delegations for study visits.

Currently, Jiulongquan Scenic Area has developed into a leisure and resort base integrating Great Wall sightseeing, fishery culture experiences, hot spring vacations, and demonstrations of new rural construction. It features the Great Wall faintly visible to the north, lush greenery all around, shimmering lake waters, varied landscape spaces, and rich forms of expression.

Transportation: You can drive from Qian'an along the Qian–Xu Highway to Xuluying Village, then head north via the Xulukou Village road to reach the area.

Local Specialties: You can purchase agricultural products such as coarse grains, chestnuts, bean products, and vermicelli, as well as fresh aquatic products like tilapia, grass carp, and black carp from local freshwater aquaculture.
