North Luoshe Subdistrict: Located in the urban-rural fringe of Xigong District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, North Luoshe Subdistrict governs eight administrative villages, all classified as "urban villages." The subdistrict covers a total area of approximately 6.2 square kilometers with a population of 14,000, including 5,142 agricultural residents and an average of 0.028 acres of arable land per person. The villages of Wunüzhong, Dongjian’gou, Xixiaotun, Qujiatun, Xixiachi, and Dongxiachi surround the western and southern parts of Xigong urban area, while Xigong Village and Jingu Garden Village have been fully integrated into the urban fabric.
