Eastern Han Dynasty Stone Carvings on Shilong Mountain
The Eastern Han Dynasty stone carvings on Shilong Mountain are a cultural tourism attraction.
The Shilong Mountain stone carvings are located atop Shilong Mountain, west of Dawei Zhuang Village in Humiao Township, Yicheng District. On a massive rock, 208 characters are inscribed within a rectangular frame outlined by straight lines and adorned with hook-like corners. The inscription records the event as occurring on “the sixth day of the intercalary twelfth month in the seventh year of the Yongchu era” (the seventh year of Yongchu being 113 AD).
