The Bailong River Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national water conservancy scenic area.

The Bailong River Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located within the urban area of Wendeng City, Shandong Province, and was built based on the comprehensive improvement project of the Bailong River.

As an urban river-lake type water conservancy scenic area, it stretches over 10 kilometers in length. The area features nine rubber dams, creating vast misty waters teeming with lively fish and flocks of birds. The winding riverbanks are adorned with blooming flowers and swaying tree shadows, presenting a unique urban waterfront landscape described as “clear water for bathing, quiet shores for resting, bustling streets for commerce, and beautiful scenery for appreciation.” Along the river, there are large-scale musical fountains and water-friendly areas such as the Bailong River Park and the “Wendeng Learning” Cultural Theme Park, which showcase regional cultural characteristics. Nearby along the riverbanks are scattered historical sites and attractions including the ancient Zhaowen Terrace ruins, the Wanshi Mountain cliff inscriptions, and Fengshan Park. In recent years, the scenic area has hosted dozens of cultural and sports events, and even the CCTV has held large-scale performances here. It has become a key window for Wendeng City's external promotion.
