Changjia Town: Changjia Town is located in the northern part of Gaoqing County, with the town government about 3 km from Tianzhen, the county seat. To the north, it faces Binzhou City and Huimin County across the Yellow River, hence the saying “a boat ride along the Yellow River takes you through three counties in one day.” It stretches 10 km from north to south and 14 km from east to west, covering an area of 85.33 square kilometers. It governs 73 natural villages and has 7,672 households.
