Xinbin Park

The park covers an area of 135 mu, with an investment of 20.77 million yuan. The overall layout is divided into three main sections: the central water area, the lakeside scenic belt, and the surrounding plant communities. The park combines southern Chinese garden art with the history and culture of Binzhou, featuring attractions such as Sunzi’s Legacy Formation, Ancient Charm of Qintai, and Evening Chants by the Qin Dyke.

In the northern part of the park, there is a morning exercise square. To the west of the square, a wall-like structure called “Profound Historical Affection” serves as a playground for children. On the elevated western platform, plants such as purple-leaf plum and ginkgo are planted. The central activity area of the park includes a fountain and other features. The water-edge pathway is mainly made of antique-style timber, complemented by buildings built against the platform, creating a contrast between modern and classic elements, collectively named “Golden Tower with Poetic Charm.”

Ancient Charm of Qintai and the Flying Rainbow Bridge form a relatively independent space, representing a miniature recreation of the "Moonlit Lotus Pond" scene from the Eight Scenic Spots of Binzhou. In the center of the park lies a large body of water called “Jade Water with Rippling Waves.” The eastern side of the water features a stone-carved corridor titled “Memories of the Mother River,” which uses Han Dynasty brick reliefs unearthed from the Yellow River Delta as its primary artistic motif. With the Yellow River as a connecting thread, it depicts some typical historical episodes related to the city.
