Binzhou Oasis Yellow River Hot Spring Tourism Resort is a comprehensive destination integrating "leisure tourism, hot spring reception, religious culture, and fruit picking." The resort mainly includes a religious cultural area represented by "Pingzi An"; a fishing zone themed on "fishing by yourself, enjoying yourself, being carefree, surrounded by beautiful scenery, delicious food, and leisure" at Oasis Lake; a fruit picking garden based on vegetable and fruit harvesting; a tropical fruit greenhouse viewing area that showcases the poetic charm of the south and tropical vibes; and a hot spring resort center focused on hot springs, bathing, and a water park.

The hot spring area of Binzhou Oasis Yellow River Hot Spring Tourism Resort includes the "Hot Spring Reception Hall," "Hot Spring Palace," "Hot Spring Swimming Pool," and "Outdoor Hot Spring Pools." The "Hot Spring Reception Hall," "Hot Spring Palace," "Hot Spring Swimming Pool," and "Hot Spring Swimming Pool" primarily offer guest rooms, dining, rest areas, multifunctional halls, leisure and entertainment, conference reception, and more. The "Hot Spring Palace" provides hot spring bathing, medicinal baths, floral baths, wine baths, and fish baths, along with cultural and entertainment activities. The swimming pool is built to national standards and includes children's hot spring amusement facilities.

The "Pingzi An" area is divided into four parts: the central hall "Sanqing Hall," the main hall "Bixia Yuanjun Hall," the "Mountain Gate," and side rooms. The philosophy of Pingzi An is: "There is no greater joy than reading, and nothing more important than educating one’s children," aiming to educate people on treating the upbringing of the next generation as a top priority.

The Oasis Lake area was designed and constructed to complement the landscape of the hot spring reception center. It features a "large water curtain fountain" in the pool, hosts various fish species, and is planted with lotus roots, allowing visitors to stroll through picturesque scenery. Visitors can also enjoy boating and take in the beauty of nature. The southern pool raises species such as grass carp, carp, and silver carp, where guests can fish, relax, and enjoy themselves.

The fruit picking garden is located in the southwest of the hot spring resort area. It has over 20,000 trees of nationally renowned premium fruit varieties, including Weifang cherries, Dazeshan grapes, Hangan pears, black-seed pomegranates, and dozens of other high-quality types.

The tropical fruit greenhouse viewing area allows visitors to observe the growth process and habits of subtropical fruit trees, learn about soilless cultivation, and help northern tourists gain knowledge about the growth of subtropical fruits during their travels.
