The Binzhou Qinhuang River Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction, a national water conservancy scenic area, and a national wetland park.

The Binzhou Qinhuang River Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located in the Economic Development Zone of Binzhou City, Shandong Province. Built around the Qinhuang River water conservancy project, it is a type of urban river-lake water conservancy scenic area. Covering an area of 1.4 square kilometers, the scenic area includes 0.5 square kilometers of water bodies. Its main attractions include Golden River Park, Xinda International Garden, Qin Style Garden, Wenjing Garden, and the Four Seasons Viewing Platform. The landscape layout is distinctive and well-arranged, divided into three spatial levels—water-friendly, waterside, and streetscape—to meet the diverse needs of residents, creating a harmonious human-water environment. The scenic area follows the development philosophy of “a clean river, a scenic belt, and an industrial corridor.” It actively incorporates elements such as water culture and water conservancy science education. After years of meticulous development, it has now become a model public water conservancy project integrating water management, culture, tourism, and leisure.
