The Ruins of the First Emperor's Terrace is a cultural relics protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Ruins of the First Emperor's Terrace are located in Qinhuangtai Township, Bincheng District, Binzhou City, dating back to the Zhou and Han dynasties.

On June 23, 2015, the Ruins of the First Emperor's Terrace were designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Qinhuangtai Township: Located in the northeastern part of Bincheng District, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, Qinhuangtai Township lies in the heart of the Yellow River Delta, bordered by the Yellow River to the south. It sits at the junction of Bincheng District, Zhanhua County, and Lijin County of Dongying City. The township covers a total area of 134 square kilometers, with 6,667 hectares of arable land. It governs 50 administrative villages and has a total population of 21,000.

Qinhuangtai Township was historically known as Qinglong Town. During the Tang Dynasty, Pujisi Temple was built here, led by a monk surnamed Shan, commonly referred to as Shan Family Temple. In the Qing Dynasty, it was one of the twelve town markets of Binzhou.
