The Binzhou Urban Planning Exhibition Hall is a comprehensive exhibition venue integrating multiple functions such as planning display, science education, and specialty tourism. It serves as an important site to showcase Binzhou’s history and culture, the current state of urban construction, and future planning, as well as a key platform to present Binzhou’s development achievements and promote its growth.

The exhibition hall extensively employs planar three-dimensional techniques and high-tech methods, integrating modern audiovisual technologies such as multimedia, Fly360, information waterfalls, 3D cinemas, and digital sand tables into various display sections. Using methods like “old-versus-new contrast” and “realism,” it highlights Binzhou’s unique elements and symbols, comprehensively presenting the historical evolution of urban and rural development, the achievements in social and economic development under guided planning, and a bright future.

The exhibition hall has two floors and features 20 thematic exhibition areas, including the lobby, city overview, historical footprint, master plan, transportation planning, industrial planning, ecological planning, livelihood planning, cultural heritage, 3D display, tourism planning, sports planning, county and district planning, Binzhou Port planning, urban design of key areas, underground utility tunnel display, sponge city display, and digital sand table. The exhibits cover the city’s historical changes, construction achievements, various plans, and future urban development directions, fully showcasing urban construction, cultural history, city image, unique characteristics, and development prospects. Additionally, there are functional spaces such as a reception room and the Binzhou Tourism Distribution Center.
