The Xizhifang · Ancient Yellow River Village Resort is located in Xizhifang Village, Lizé Subdistrict, Binzhou National Economic and Technological Development Zone, approximately 10 kilometers from downtown Binzhou. Built upon farmland and wetlands, it features distinctive high-platform homestays and wood-fired ancient kilns, showcasing the rich charm of rural northern Shandong and the cultural vibe of the ancient Yellow River ferry. In addition, the resort offers traditional workshops, a family amusement park, flower fields, and a Yellow River greenway, making it a scenic holiday destination surrounded by clear waters and steeped in Yellow River culture. The resort was invested in and constructed by Shenzhen Techand Ecology & Environment Co., Ltd., a listed company in China’s ChiNext board specializing in ecological environment construction. Phase I officially opened on May 1, 2017. It currently houses 16 boutique homestays from northern Shandong, totaling 50 rooms. Each courtyard features distinctly themed rooms with varied styles, blending harmoniously with the lush greenery and fragrant blossoms all around. The homestay area also offers themed dining options and two themed bars to meet visitors’ food and leisure needs. Seven-thousand-year-old ancient kilns and 12 traditional handicraft workshops allow guests to experience hands-on craftsmanship and learn the essence of Chinese ceramic art. Visitors can also admire the two natural landscapes — the rapeseed flower fields and the colorful flower seas — from aerial wooden walkways, or stroll along the Yellow River scenic greenway to enjoy a slow and tranquil lifestyle. The children’s play area offers 27 amusement facilities and an immersive dome movie experience, as well as jungle CS battle games, allowing visitors to fully unleash their energy amidst the woods.
