Bijiashan Village in Lijin Subdistrict is located in the Yellow River floodplain area east of Fenghuang Ancient City, about 1 kilometer from the county town and adjacent to the Yellow River. The village currently has 60 households with a total of 217 residents and 275 mu of arable land. In 2008, the village established one AA-level tourist scenic spot. During the 2012 "Happy Shandong New Year Festival," it was rated by the provincial tourism authorities as the "Most Festive Rural Village."

The village has 80% forest coverage, featuring landmark landscape projects such as the Yellow River Outer Banks, Dongjin Ferry Square, and the Yellow River Trestle Bridge. All village roads have been widened and paved, and a main tourism route connecting project has been built. A new medical rescue service station has been constructed, equipped with relevant medical facilities. Farmers are encouraged to develop agritainment, with one fishing park, four agritainment estates, and several shopping supermarkets (outlets) already established. Additionally, water-based and forest recreation projects are actively being planned and constructed. The village's tourism infrastructure, including dining, lodging, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment, is gradually improving. Preliminary statistics show that over the past two years, the village has received an average of 30,000 visitors annually, generating tourism revenue exceeding 3 million yuan.
