The Phoenix City Riverside Leisure Tourism Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.
The Phoenix City Riverside Leisure Tourism Area is located in the Yellow River beach area of Lijin, stretching from Gongjia Weir in the south to Wangzhuang Weir in the north, with a planned area of nearly 20,000 mu. It is now a national water conservancy scenic area, a model self-driving tourism destination in Shandong Province, and a camping base of the Shandong Self-Driving Travel Network. Centered around the Yellow River ecological landscape belt, the area has planned and constructed recreational nodes such as Heland Park, the Yellow River Riverside, the Water Amusement Park, Impression Farmstead, Watermelon Park, and Longmen Bay. Currently, nodes such as the Heland Park Lotus Viewing Garden, Riverside Square, Yellow River Boardwalk, Riverside Garden, Cruise Pier, and CS Adventure Base have been completed, along with supporting public service facilities including a tourist service center, riverside pathways, pedestrian walkways, and parking lots. While developing leisure tourism projects, the area also guides surrounding villages to deeply explore and integrate rural tourism resources.
Featured Attractions: The area boasts a profound Yellow River cultural heritage, unique flood prevention landscapes, and beautiful ecological surroundings, combining grandeur, wonder, danger, and majesty. Known as the "Water Great Wall and Ecological Gallery," visitors can get an up-close view of the majestic Yellow River and experience authentic Shandong folk culture.
Tour Route: Enter the scenic area through Heland Park and head north to visit and experience attractions such as the Realistic CS Battle Base, Yellow River Riverside, Riverside Garden, Yellow River Cruise, and Yellow River Boardwalk.
