Dongwang Village is located five kilometers southwest of Shengtuo Town government, adjacent to Dongji Township to the south. The village has a total population of over 900 people, covering more than 2,800 mu of land, with a per capita income of 15,000 yuan. Its main industries include grain and cotton, winter jujube, and tourism.

Dongwang Village was historically known as Wangwang Village, where the Wangwang Village Temple was originally located. The Wangwang Village Temple has been rebuilt based on local folklore. The temple complex adopts the architectural style of ancient palaces, featuring a well-organized layout and grand scale, attracting numerous devout worshippers who travel from afar to pray. Gradually, four major temple fairs have formed, held on the third day of the third lunar month, the sixth day of the sixth lunar month, the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, and the fifteenth day of the twelfth lunar month. Rebuilding the Wangwang Village Temple reflects the wishes of the local people and can help boost the local economy and promote trade during the temple fair periods.

The Dongwang Village Wangwang Village Temple Leisure and Sightseeing Park is divided into two areas. The first focuses on the development of the Dragon King Temple and the Divine Well, covering a construction area of 1,000 square meters and a total area of 30 mu. The investment is led by Dongwang Village, with a planned investment of 3 million yuan. The second area is the botanical garden, covering over 400 mu, with investment led by Dongying Sanming Forestry Co., Ltd., and a planned investment of 12 million yuan. The plan is to establish a rare plant garden, introducing precious flowers and trees, along with the development of a fishing area. The construction of the Wangwang Village Temple Leisure and Sightseeing Park will add new attractions to Dongwang Village. Visiting temple fairs, viewing rare flowers, and trying local delicacies will become key features, complemented by farmhouse sightseeing, entertainment, and famous snacks. Together, these elements will surely promote the development of agriculture and tourism in Dongwang Village.

Exit at the Kenli Station of G18 Dongqing Expressway, drive 15.2 kilometers west along S316 to reach Shengtuo Town government (about 20 minutes), then continue straight west for 3 kilometers. After passing a traffic light, turn south and drive 4 kilometers.
