The Yellow River Estuary Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national water conservancy scenic area.

The Kenli County Yellow River Estuary Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located at the mouth of the Yellow River in Kenli County, Dongying City, Shandong Province, and is built along the standardized embankment of the Yellow River.

The scenic area is a natural river-lake type water conservancy scenic area, spanning 8.8 square kilometers, with nearly 3 square kilometers of water surface. It centers around the magnificent landscapes of the standardized Yellow River embankment and the estuarine flow path, featuring numerous ponds, scattered reservoirs, and a chain-like distribution of wetlands, all contributing to its superior natural ecological environment. Leveraging the regional advantages of the Yellow River Delta development, the area actively promotes its brand as “Where the Yellow River Meets the Sea.” With themes including Yellow River culture, revolutionary culture, folk customs, and natural ecological scenery, it has been planned to high standards and has now formed a development layout of “one belt and six zones,” showing strong momentum.
