Shuiyu Town is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Shuiyu Town in Kenli District is situated in Kenli District, Dongying City. It was planned by Beijing Tonghetimes and invested in and constructed by Shandong Jingming Ocean Technology Co., Ltd. As one of the 20 key rural complexes in Kenli District, it has received honors including “National Recreational Fisheries Demonstration Base,” “National Demonstration Site for Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism,” “Provincial Inland Recreational Fisheries Park Creation Unit,” “Shandong Provincial Demonstration Site for Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism,” and “Dongying’s Most Beautiful Rural Complex.”

Covering a planned area of 6,000 mu with a total investment of 180 million yuan, Shuiyu Town is designed around the theme of agricultural and fishing leisure. It promotes ecological and technological concepts and innovates management models. The project integrates six core functions: fisheries science education, agricultural experience, wetland leisure sightseeing, wellness accommodation, specialty dining, and children’s entertainment. It meets visitors’ needs for leisure, entertainment, and mental rejuvenation, creating an eco-tourism destination for vacation, leisure, and sightseeing, greatly enriching people's spiritual and cultural life.

Shuiyu Town enjoys a prime location, just 2 km from downtown Kenli District, 17 km from downtown Dongying, and 18 km from Dongying Shengli Airport. It lies to the west of the Rongwu Expressway, north of Cangzhou Village, south of Jingling Village, and east of Hexing Village.
