Three Kingdoms Culture Square is located in the new eastern urban area of Pingyuan County, covering an area of 183,000 square meters, including a water surface of 100,000 square meters with a water storage capacity of 450,000 cubic meters. Around the lake are distributed the Auspicious Cloud Platform, waterfront platform, boat dock, commercial plaza, children's playground, and more.

The square is imbued with a unique Three Kingdoms cultural essence, exploring the county’s distinctive Three Kingdoms heritage and reviving the grand and splendid characteristics of Han and Wei culture, while narrating the legendary tale of Liu Bei’s time in Pingyuan. The sculpture layout unfolds along two narrative threads: the central axis sculpture that runs through the north and south gates, and the grouped sculptures distributed around the lake. The central axis sculptures highlight the vertical cultural development of Pingyuan from past to present, reflecting both a look back at history and a vision toward the future. The lake-surrounding sculptures depict a historical panorama of science, technology, culture, and folk customs during the Han and Wei periods, presenting a wealth of historical knowledge elements through delightful artistic expressions, creating a warm and natural interactive experience with visitors.
