The Dezhou Century Wind Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Park is a high-tech agricultural comprehensive demonstration park that combines agricultural sightseeing, eco-tourism, talent training, seedling breeding, technology demonstration, and technology promotion. It has been recognized as a green food production base by the Ministry of Agriculture, a high-tech agriculture demonstration base by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, a featured agricultural park by the People's Government of Shandong Province, a provincial financial support agriculture demonstration project, one of Dezhou’s “Top Ten Projects for Prosperity,” and an entrepreneurship base for returned overseas students in Dezhou.

Utilizing agricultural projects as content, a garden-style layout as the medium, and technical displays and production demonstrations as methods, the park vigorously develops agricultural tourism by leveraging high-tech modern large-scale agricultural production and a fresh, beautiful natural environment. Based on high-tech agricultural projects, the park primarily uses the development and application of advanced agricultural technologies as key tourist resources. Combined with functions such as sightseeing, leisure, entertainment, and fitness, it maintains the technological essence of an agricultural science park while also embodying the contemporary spirit of modern agriculture.

The park features clear lake water, green willows, and red flowers. With landscaping concepts, it combines traditional pavilions, terraces, waterside pavilions, bridges, with modern floral brick paths and European-style architecture, merging natural pondscapes, plants, and scenery to offer visitors a delightful experience of returning to nature and embracing simplicity. Adapting to the local terrain, the park has reshaped shores, managed water bodies, planted grass and willows, creating a unique waterscape. Fish and shrimp play in the water, lotus flowers bloom, water chestnuts grow underwater, and gardens adorn the banks, complemented by pavilions, corridors, and terraces. Visitors can enjoy the willows and lotus blossoms, watch fish along winding bridges, fish and boat, sip tea and admire the lotuses—experiencing West Lake charm without being in Hangzhou, and enjoying the beauty of the water towns without traveling to southern China.
