Shentou Shizhuxuan Flower Sea Scenic Area

Shentou Shizhuxuan Flower Sea Scenic Area is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

The Shizhuxuan Flower Sea tourism project is located in Shentou Town, Lingcheng District, and was invested and constructed by Shandong Shizhuxuan Agricultural Tourism Co., Ltd. The company has long been engaged in modern flower cultivation, preserved flower production, floral tourism, and technical development, with the mission of creating a “beautiful industry, healthy industry, and eco-friendly industry.” Following the principles of “environmental protection, technological leadership, distinctive features, and exemplary influence,” the project uses raw materials such as hydrangeas, peonies, roses, other flowers, and wild foliage to break beyond the scope of traditional agriculture. Market demand-oriented and supported by domestic technical resources, it engages in high-value-added, specialized deep processing of flowers, thereby driving the development of characteristic tourism industries such as sightseeing, leisure, and aromatic experiences.

The project covers a planned area of 3,000 mu, to be developed in three phases, with an estimated total investment of 200 million yuan. Currently, the first phase of 1,000 mu of flower planting has been completed, mainly featuring hydrangeas, roses, peonies, tree peonies, tulips, daffodils, cymbidiums, phalaenopsis, and various domestic orchids, as well as a variety of foliage plants. The park is scheduled to open in mid-June 2018. With a focus on year-round flower sea tourism, the project integrates green and healthy culture, aiming to create a Flower Sea Happy World and a floral-themed park that combines flower sea sightseeing, flower arrangement art, science education, aromatic experiences, parent-child interaction, dining and entertainment, and wedding photography.
