Xinjiekou Cultural Industry Park

Xinjiekou Cultural Industry Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Xinjiekou Cultural Industry Park project has a total investment of 160 million yuan and covers a construction area of 37,000 square meters. It is a distinctive cultural industry park integrating leisure, entertainment, tourism, and shopping. Built on the industrial heritage site of the former Shandong Xinhua Dezhou Printing Factory, the park follows the concept of “preserving the old as it was, while developing with differentiation.” By redefining, designing, and planning the original standard factory buildings, the exterior adopts a 1920s–1930s architectural style as the keynote, forming a characteristic cultural project centered around a cluster of Republican-era buildings. In terms of design and construction, the project integrates quaint streets, themed restaurants, teahouses, coffee shops, fountains, and fitness clubs, fully revitalizing the old factory buildings to build a distinctive cultural industry park and promote a win-win situation for cultural tourism and commerce. In December 2015, it was rated as a national AA-level tourist attraction.
