The remnants of the Dezhou City Wall are a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The remnants of the Dezhou City Wall are located in Xinhu Subdistrict, Decheng District, dating back to the Ming and Qing dynasties in Dezhou City.

On June 23, 2015, the remnants of the Dezhou City Wall were designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Xinhu Subdistrict: Xinhu Subdistrict is situated in the city center of Dezhou. It administers 20 community residents' committees, covering a total area of 10.3 square kilometers with a population of 110,000. The subdistrict hosts 210 party, government, enterprise, and institutional offices, and is the location of the municipal Party committee, municipal government, district Party committee, and district government.
