Shandong Provincial Youth Training Base

The Shanqing World Training Base is a youth practical education base in Shandong Province, entrusted by the Communist Youth League Shandong Provincial Committee to the Shandong Provincial Youth Activity Center for construction and management. Its predecessor was the Millennium Paradise, located in Dahui Village, Liubu Town, Licheng District, Jinan City, covering a total area of 960 acres. Surrounded by mountains and water, Shanqing World features the picturesque Qinquan Mountain extending across the southern part of the park and the clear Jinyang River flowing through the site. Situated in the southern scenic area of Jinan, the base is rich in tourism resources. It lies just 2 kilometers west of Simen Pagoda, 8 kilometers east of the Paomaling Wildlife World, and 15 kilometers south of Jiuding Pagoda. It is also very convenient to reach nearby attractions such as Mount Tai and Yaoxiang Forest Farm. Highway 103, a tourist-dedicated road built by the government, runs right in front of Shanqing World. The journey from the location of the activity center (Bayi Overpass in Jinan) to the base is only 35 kilometers. Moreover, the base is just over 10 kilometers from the Zhonggong intersection of the Jinan Ring Expressway, making transportation extremely convenient. In collaboration with Beijing Modern Quality Training School, Shanqing World has established its Jinan branch on the existing foundation. Leveraging its natural landscape and resource advantages, the Shanqing World Training Base creates distinctive scenic environments, serving as an idyllic retreat for urban dwellers to relax, reconnect with nature, and rediscover their true selves. At the same time, with quality education as its core mission, it has been developed into a base for youth ideological and moral education, traditional Chinese culture dissemination, and international youth cultural exchange, offering quality education programs to young people both within and outside the province.
