The Former North China Franciscan Provincial Seminary in Hongjialou is a cultural relics protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Former North China Franciscan Provincial Seminary in Hongjialou is located at No. 1 Hongjialou North Road, Hongjialou Subdistrict, Licheng District, Jinan City, and was built in 1905.

On June 23, 2015, the Former North China Franciscan Provincial Seminary in Hongjialou was designated as part of the fifth batch of Shandong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Hongjialou Subdistrict: Located in the central urban area of Licheng District, Jinan, Hongjialou Subdistrict stretches from Huayuan Road in the south to the Jiaoji Railway in the north, and from Outer Ring East Road in the east to Shanda Road in the west, covering an area of 2.6 square kilometers. It has a permanent population of 9,686 households and 49,000 people. The subdistrict administers seven communities: Hongjialou, Qilibao, South Huayuan, Middle Huayuan, North Huayuan, Honglou Square, and Xinda.
