Baishi Spring

Baishi Spring is located northeast of Heihu Spring, on the riverbank south of Liberation Tower, adjacent to Jiunv Spring to the west. It is named "Baishi Spring" because there are many rocks around the spring.

Among the springs in the Heihu Spring group, Baishi Spring is not very prominent, tucked away in a corner and separated by the river, seemingly lacking the bold presence of Heihu Spring, Huyi Spring, Pipa Spring, and others. But in the mythology and legends of Jinan, Heihu and Baishi were born on the same day, month, and year, growing up as childhood sweethearts—Hei Ge and Hu Mei—who were perfectly matched.

Next to Baishi Spring lie pristine white rocks lying flat on the ground. The water is sweet and smooth like nectar, suitable for both irrigation and drinking. During the peak water season, strings of bubbles rise to the surface, rippling gently, mingling with aquatic algae and white rocks to weave a patterned water texture.

It is very close to Heihu Spring. Just take a bus to Heihu Spring Station and walk a few minutes to see Baishi Spring.
