The Thousand Buddha Mountain Archway Complex is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Shandong Province.

The Thousand Buddha Mountain Archway Complex is located in Qianfoshan Subdistrict, Lixia District, Jinan City, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

On June 23, 2015, the Thousand Buddha Mountain Archway Complex was designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the Shandong Provincial People's Government.

Qianfoshan Subdistrict: Established in September 1995, it was originally named Sili Street Subdistrict Office after its location on Sili Street. According to Document No. Jizhengzi [2003] 95 issued by the People’s Government of Jinan City and Document No. [2003] 42 from the People’s Government of Lixia District, Jinan, it was renamed Qianfoshan Subdistrict Office effective January 1, 2004. Covering a total area of 4.91 square kilometers, it governs 6 community residents' committees. It has 15,174 households with a total population of 60,239, and a birth rate of 5.37%.
