The Former Site of the Lishan Anti-Japanese War is a cultural relic protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Former Site of the Lishan Anti-Japanese War is located in Wenyuan Subdistrict, Gangcheng District, Laiwu City, dating back to 1939.

On June 23, 2015, the Former Site of the Lishan Anti-Japanese War was designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Wenyuan Subdistrict: Huangzhuang Town, the birthplace of the Mouwen River, is under the jurisdiction of Gangcheng District, Laiwu City, Shandong Province. It borders Yiyuan to the east, Xin’tai to the south, and covers a total area of 100 square kilometers. The town administers 41 administrative villages (residential communities) with a total population of 58,000, including 32,000 registered residents. Huangzhuang enjoys a superior geographical location, with relatively concentrated people and logistics flow, well-developed infrastructure, convenient transportation and communication. It was the first in the city to achieve asphalt roads connecting every village and has entered a new stage of rapid development, making it a key development area in Gangcheng.
