The Qishan Guan Anti-Japanese War Martyrs Memorial Monument is located in Lixin Subdistrict, Gangcheng District, Laiwu City, dating back to 1941.

On June 23, 2015, the Qishan Guan Anti-Japanese War Martyrs Memorial Monument was designated as part of the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Lixin Subdistrict: A town under the jurisdiction of Gangcheng District, Laiwu City. In 1958, it was established as Zhengwangzhuang Commune, transferred to Yan Zhuang Commune in 1959, became Lixin Township under Yan Zhuang Office in 1984, upgraded to a township in 1985, and to a town in 1995. It is located in the northeastern part of the district, 16 kilometers from the city center. Covering an area of 89 square kilometers with a population of 51,000, it hosts the Special Steel Plant, Steelmaking Plant, Rolling Mill, and Forging Plant of the Laiwu Iron and Steel Group. The Hanlai Highway runs through the area.
