The Dongping Guanzhongyuan Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Guanzhongyuan Scenic Area is located in Luozhuang Village, downtown Dongping County. It is an important attraction along the "Waterborne Dongping Tour" route and a premium cultural tourism destination integrating collection exhibitions, information research, academic studies, and stele forest appreciation. The scenic area was established to commemorate Luo Guanzhong, the celebrated classical novelist, and to inherit and promote the historical culture of Dongyuan. Covering a total area of 34,400 square meters with a built-up area of 6,700 square meters, the project required an investment of 70 million yuan. Designed by the Qufu Ancient Architecture College, it features Ming-style architecture with grey-tiled walls and carved beams painted in vibrant colors. Major structures include Guanzhong Hall, Water Margin Garden, Three Kingdoms Garden, Guanzhong Residence, Luo Garden, Stele Corridor, and Guanzhong Cultural Boutique. Outside the scenic area stand two memorial archways at its northern and southern entrances, representing Luo Guanzhong’s hometown. The northern archway is adorned with carvings depicting stories from the Three Kingdoms, while the southern one features scenes from Water Margin. Both archways were inscribed with their names by eminent scholars Feng Qiyong and Ouyang Zhongshi, respectively. Each archway stands 16.6 meters tall and spans 30 meters wide, making them the largest stone archways of their kind in China.
