The Dongping County Committee Memorial Hall and Wan Li’s Former Residence together cover a total area of 8,200 square meters with a building area of 1,770 square meters. The County Committee Memorial Hall faces south and features an archway at the entrance, a screen wall on the eastern side, a plaza to the south, and a rest area in the southeast corner. A corridor connects the rest area and the memorial hall, displaying materials related to Comrade Wan Li’s life and deeds. Wan Li’s Former Residence is located south of the memorial hall, divided into eastern and western courtyards. It is designed and built based on the layout of the residence where Comrade Wan Li lived in his early years and has been opened to visitors. Both the County Committee Memorial Hall and Wan Li’s Former Residence mainly showcase the great achievements of revolutionary predecessors and highlight Comrade Wan Li’s glorious revolutionary journey, making them significant sites for red tourism, patriotism education, and revolutionary tradition education.
