The Ancient Canal (Urban Section and Mayi Bridge Section of the Diversion Channel) is located in Rencheng District, Jining City. Dating back to the Ming Dynasty, it is classified as an ancient architectural structure.
On April 17, 1985, the Ancient Canal (Urban Section and Mayi Bridge Section of the Diversion Channel) was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site under the protection of Jining City.
