HuiLin Lake Embankment is a cultural heritage site protected by Jining City.

HuiLin Lake Embankment is located in Huilin Village, Changgou Town, Rencheng District, Jining City. It dates back to the Ming and Qing dynasties and is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

On November 27, 2012, HuiLin Lake Embankment was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site under the protection of Jining City.

Changgou Town: Changgou Town in Rencheng District, Jining City, is a historic commercial hub along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and was once a renowned hub for both waterway and overland transport. It lies to the north of Liangshan Lake (Water Margin) scenic area, east of Qufu—the hometown of Confucius—south of the vast Weishan Lake, and west of Heze, known as China’s peony capital. The town administers 52 administrative villages, has a total population of 60,000, and covers an area of 65 square kilometers.
