The Xinxin Liquor Industry Underground Cellar is located in Liying Subdistrict, Rencheng District, Jining City. It was built in 1980 and is categorized as an important modern historical site and representative building.

On November 27, 2012, the Xinxin Liquor Industry Underground Cellar was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit of Jining City.

It comprises 56 administrative villages and has a population of 62,000.
