Jining Sports Center is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Jining Sports Center is located in the southern part of Jining City — the Taihu Eco-New Town. It neighbors the Taihu Scenic Area and Shandong Polytechnic Vocational College, and stands in visual harmony with the newly built Jining Municipal Government. This is a high-tech architectural complex full of modernity and style. The Jining Sports Center was the main venue for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 23rd Shandong Provincial Games and the opening ceremony of the 9th Shandong Provincial Paralympic Games, as well as the primary competition site. It is currently operated and managed by Jining Zhujiang Sports Culture Development Co., Ltd. The multifunctional and comprehensive Jining Sports Center consists of two fields and three halls, covering a land area of 560,000 square meters with a construction area of 160,000 square meters, and a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. With the stadium at its core, the comprehensive hall, swimming and diving hall, shooting hall, and outdoor track and field training ground are laid out radially in sequence, presenting a gem-like formation that perfectly complements the stadium, which resembles a huge diamond. When you stroll under the moonlight, the floodlights twinkle in red, blue, yellow, and silver hues, making the sports center sparkle brilliantly like a gemstone necklace embedded in the southern part of Jining City, forming a dazzling scenic line together with the Taihu Tourist Scenic Area.
