Yangjiabu Site

The Yangjiabu Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Yangjiabu Site is located in Yangjiabu Village, Eshan Town, Yicheng District, Zaozhuang City. It dates back to the Neolithic Age to the Zhou Dynasty. On December 7, 2006, the Yangjiabu Site was designated as part of the third batch of Shandong Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units.

Eshan Town: This town is situated in the eastern part of Yicheng District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, covering a total area of 118 square kilometers, with 78,000 mu of arable land. It administers 61 administrative villages, and according to 2005 statistics, has a total population of 56,000.

The town enjoys convenient transportation, abundant resources, and a rich culture. It lies adjacent to National Highway 206 to the north, with Tanxue Road running east-west and Luogan Road traversing north-south. The area has substantial mineral reserves, including 350 million tons of quartzite, 200 million tons of limestone, and 150 million tons of dolomite, all of high grade.
