Also known as Qianshan Tou (Thousand Mountains Head) or Qingshan Tou (Green Mountains Head), it is located northwest of Xiazhuang Village in Taozhuang Town, with an elevation of 233.5 meters. It boasts a long history and numerous scenic sites. Its ridges stretch eastward for hundreds of miles, hence the name “Qianshan Tou,” and it has long been known as the “Mountain of Immortals.” To the southwest of the mountain lies the site of the ancient Xiyi settlement, while on the Xiuhua (Hydrangea) Mountain to its west are the tombs of Xizhong and Ran Qiu. Deep within Mount Xizhong lies the site where Xizhong invented the chariot. To commemorate this great inventor, later generations built the Chefu Temple at the site of the invention, and its ruins still remain. On the plains of villages such as Xicun, Houwan, Qianwan, and Hebeizhuang south of the former Xiyi site, there are layers of ash, ash pits, traces of fire use, and scattered pottery shards, stone axes, and striking tools. These have been designated by the municipal government as a Dawenkou Culture site. Major attractions include the Tomb of Xizhong, Xigong Shrine, Tomb of Ran Qiu, and Temple of Fan Li.

Taozhuang Town: Located in the northern part of Xuecheng District, Taozhuang Town covers a total area of 80 square kilometers, with a population of 100,000. It administers 30 administrative villages, one subdistrict office, and 13 neighborhood committees. The town has a long and profound historical and cultural heritage, with ancient sages such as Xizhong and Zhonghui from the Xia and Shang dynasties leaving their enduring footprints here.

The area is rich in mineral resources. Coal mining began here as early as the Yuan and Ming dynasties. In 1920, the Zhongxing Company started mining operations here and built a dedicated railway line, earning Taozhuang the nickname “Little Kiln” and making it one of the first two officially established towns in Zaozhuang City.
