Located in Dongshankou Village, Zouwu Town, it stands at an elevation of 319.4 meters. Facing Xishan Mountain across from it, an ancient post road once passed through the area, making it a strategic military stronghold in ancient times. The mountain features steep terrain and many exposed rocks and cliffs. During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, multiple afforestation efforts failed. Later, through direct seeding and forest closure for natural regeneration, the area has now achieved closed-canopy forest cover. Due to the planting of native tree species such as melia azedarach and toon trees mixed with oriental arborvitae, the forest has distinct layers, a wavy appearance, and a rich variety of hues. In late autumn, when green, yellow, and red intermingle, the scenery is picturesque and breathtaking. This area is one of the rare naturally-formed mixed forests in Shandong Province resulting from direct seeding afforestation, possessing high scientific research and aesthetic value.

Zouwu Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Xuecheng District, Zaozhuang City. Established as the Zouwu People's Commune in 1960, it was reorganized as Zouwu Town in 1984. It is located in the eastern part of the district, 10 kilometers from the city center. Covering an area of 60 square kilometers with a population of 45,000, it is traversed by the Zaozhuang-Xuecheng Railway, Zaozhuang-Xuecheng Highway, and the Zao-Mu Expressway.
