Yifeng County Museum is a comprehensive museum established in July 1983. It is currently located in the Bamboo Culture Park on Xinchang East Avenue, Yifeng County. The building features a modern garden-style design, covering an area of approximately 6,000 square meters with a construction area of 4,500 square meters. The museum integrates bamboo culture with the history and culture of Yifeng, featuring an extensive collection. The bamboo culture section houses over 1,000 sets (pieces) of exhibits; the total collection includes 1,304 sets (5,636 pieces), comprising 2 sets (2 pieces) of first-class relics, 23 sets (36 pieces) of second-class relics, and 263 sets (427 pieces) of third-class relics.

The current permanent exhibitions at the museum are divided into three parts: the Bamboo Culture Hall, the Yifeng Exhibition Hall, and the Yifeng History and Culture Exhibition.

The first part, the Bamboo Culture Hall, was built in 2010. The exhibition space is divided into six sections: "Prelude Hall," "Bamboo Village Friendship Hall," "History and Diversity of Bamboo Hall," "Diversity in Bamboo Cultivation Hall," "Diversity of Bamboo Processing Products Hall," and "Diversity in Bamboo Art and Culture Hall."

The second part, the Yifeng Exhibition Hall, was added to the Bamboo Culture Hall in 2016 to fully showcase the modern economic development of Yifeng.

The third part, the Yifeng History and Culture Exhibition, officially opened to the public for free in March 2019. This exhibition hall covers an area of 300 square meters and is divided into six major historical and cultural exhibition areas based on historical development: "The Fertile Land Bears Civilization — Dawn of Civilization," "Bronze Treasures, Rituals, Music, and Archery," "The Naming of Yifeng, Hometown of Tao Yuanming," "Prosperous Times, Zen Buddhist Birthplace," "Abundant Resources and Talented People," and "Revolutionary Flames Illuminating the World," as well as a premium cultural relics section titled "Treasures of Porcelain from the Republican Era."

Since March 2019, Yifeng County Museum has integrated the functions of both the museum and the Bamboo Culture Hall. It is now open to the public year-round free of charge for visitors. In addition to the permanent exhibitions, the museum holds 2–3 temporary exhibitions annually and has received over 200,000 visitors in total.
