Former Sites of the Hunan-Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee

The Former Sites of the Hunan-Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee are a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

After the fall of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base, the Hunan-Jiangxi Revolutionary Base was developed with Yongxin County at its center, and the Hunan-Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee was established. The main leaders of the committee included Ren Bishi, Wang Shoudao, Xiao Ke, -, Lin Ruiseng, Gan Siqi, Zhang Qilong, and comrades from the Children’s Bureau. They led the military and civilians of the Hunan-Jiangxi region in carrying out land reform, armed struggle, and base construction, actively organizing revolutionary competitions, and cooperating with the Central Soviet Area to crush the enemy’s three encirclement campaigns.
