Hecun Mass Grave Martyrs' Cemetery is located to the south of Xihexiang Village, Hezhen Town, Fengfeng Mining District. It is among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Xihexiang Village: The name "Xihexiang Village" originated in the early 1960s after the separation from Hezhen Brigade. Roughly, the southwestern part of the southern end of Hezhen Village was designated as Xidui (West Team), and the village was named Xihexiang. It boasts a glorious history and advanced culture, with numerous cultural heritage sites within the village, including teaching buildings, scenic spots, the God of Wealth Temple, the Grand Temple, the Bodhisattva Temple, and the Mass Grave, a socialist education base. The village’s art performance team has participated in town and district shows for many consecutive years.
