　　 On the afternoon of August 2, the organizing committee of the "2019 China Fengfeng · Xiangtangshan International Bicycle Culture Festival" held a press conference at the Media Center of Beijing Sport University, announcing that the 2019 China Fengfeng · Xiangtangshan International Bicycle Culture Festival will be held from September 6 to September 8. 　　 The 2nd China Fengfeng · Xiangtangshan International Bicycle Culture Festival in 2019 is hosted by the Hebei Provincial Sports Bureau, organized by the Hebei Provincial Cycling Sports Management Center, the Handan Municipal Sports Bureau, and the People’s Government of Fengfeng Mining District, and executed by the Fengfeng Mining District Education and Sports Bureau and the Fengfeng Mining District Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau. It is fully operated by Beijing Qiansen Sports Culture Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Hebei Qiansen Tourism Development Co., Ltd.

　　It is understood that the core event of the China Fengfeng · Xiangtangshan International Bicycle Culture Festival — the 2019 Qiansen Cup UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup Fengfeng Station — is an Asia-top-tier international professional event approved by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and the Chinese Cycling Association, and is currently the highest-level UCI international event in Hebei Province. The event has attracted numerous top international athletes to register. As of now, 19 countries, 36 professional teams, and nearly 100 athletes have successfully registered.

　　 During the competition, a series of outdoor cultural and sports activities will be held, integrating international sports competitions, performances, training and exchanges, participatory experiences, and cultural displays and dissemination. These include the Tokyo Olympics BMX Freestyle International Performance, Qiansen Cup Kids Balance Bike Race, Qiansen Cup International University Outdoor Music Festival, International Outdoor Film Festival, Elementary and Middle School Young Reporters’ Observation and Interview Group, Bicycle Painting Competition, and Bicycle Photography Competition. Unlike the previous festival, the organizers have specially set up an "Showcasing Fengfeng, Embracing the World" International Cultural Sharing Session, inviting exemplary figures in the international cycling field to engage in exchanges on cycling and culture with local residents.
