【Exhibitor New Play】These exhibitors are seizing the initiative—what are you waiting for?

From September 19 to 21, 2019, the 13th China International Horse Industry & Equestrian Exhibition (CHF 2019) was held concurrently with major international equestrian competitions at Tianxing Tiaoliang International Equestrian Club, creating an International Equestrian Culture Week. CHF 2019 exhibitor registration has launched with “dual channels” via website and WeChat. Unlike previous years, this year’s exhibitors can not only reserve booths but also increase exposure frequency and engage deeply with audiences.

WeChat Registration

STEP 1: Long press the QR code below to follow the official WeChat account “CHF Horse Show” (if already followed, please skip this step)

 

STEP 2: Click the “I Want to Visit” button below. On the homepage, click the yellow “Publish” button at the bottom.

STEP 3: Go to the exhibitor registration page, fill in the information, then click “Submit.” After approval by CHF Horse Show, your registration is successful.

STEP 4: After successful registration, your company will be displayed on the homepage of the CHF Horse Show WeChat promotional page. Exhibitors can log in, click the gray icon at the bottom right of the homepage, go to “My,” then click “Exhibitor Login” to view and modify basic information, list exhibits and activities, and customize your own exclusive invitation letter.

Successful exhibitor registration will automatically generate an invitation letter. Logging in to the desktop version (www.baizhanke.com) also allows you to create your own exclusive invitation letter (with personalized template options) and distribute interactive red packets to visitors.

STEP 1: Click the online “Exhibitor Registration” page on the CHF Horse Show official website

STEP 2: After completing the company information, click the “I Confirm Submission of Form” button (orange box area) at the bottom of the page

STEP 3: After successful registration, CHF Horse Show will arrange for a sales manager to contact you as soon as possible to help promote your company, exhibits, activities, and related information.

It is worth noting that CHF 2019 allows exhibitors to upload relevant information with just one click. Interested parties may consult the sales manager. More exhibitor guides will be announced soon—stay tuned for updates on CHF 2019!
